Tabletop Consulting was built from years of working together inside high-growth businesses.

Connor and JD first partnered while helping scale a regenerative therapeutics and skincare company from startup through acquisition. Along the way, they helped build the systems, processes, teams, and operational infrastructure required to support rapid growth.

Over time, they developed complementary strengths. Connor focused on strategy, systems, and organizational scale, while JD specialized in execution, accountability, and operational implementation. Together, they learned that sustainable growth requires both.

After launching and growing Tabletop Table together, founders and leadership teams began seeking their help with the same challenges they had spent years solving themselves. Tabletop Consulting was created to provide growth-stage companies with experienced operators who can help bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
